More importantly, he always spent time in the top hat restaurant not only in Australian but also around the world. He was into in various cuisines and started learning by himself. He is the very talented self-learner as he had learnt about cuisine and accepted from people who had tried his delightful dishes.
Tommy, who has a passion for the coffee and has been working in this industry and many years of experience in hospitality as well as an accountant. He loves doing hospitality and enjoying tasting foods, wines and coffees.
