NAT, our executive chef who has a passion for cooking with his
Le Cordon Bleu studied from patisserie to cuisine and many years of experience in the Australian fine-dining restaurant such as Sailor Thai. More importantly, he always spent time in the top hat restaurant not only in Australian but also around the world. He was into in various cuisines and started learning by himself. He is the very talented self-learner as he had learnt about cuisine and accepted from people who had tried his delightful dishes.
Tommy, who has a passion for the coffee and has been working in this industry and many years of experience in hospitality as well as an accountant. He loves doing hospitality and enjoying tasting foods, wines and coffees.
It seems the best match that they have the same lifestyle in term of foods, wines and hospitality. Finally, they are serving amazing fusion Asian foods and excellent service to Potts Point resident and other suburbs.
